Personal Trainer - Yoga Teacher - Pilates Instructor

My approach blends strength training with mindful movement, helping clients build physical resilience and unlock their strongest, most confident selves.

After several years in the corporate world working in marketing and advertising, I felt a growing disconnect between success on paper and true well-being. What began as a personal yoga practice quickly became a major turning point in my life and career.

With a background in gymnastics and ballet, movement had always been a part of my life, but yoga offered something deeper. Through my practice, I learned how to navigate depression, anxiety, and grief, experiencing firsthand how intentional movement can ground the nervous system, build inner resilience, and create clarity during life’s most challenging moments.

That experience transformed movement from something purely physical into something profoundly empowering. Yoga was the spark that ignited my passion for helping others transform not just their bodies, but their mindset and daily lives.
